Rates

A rate is a price per hour that applies to some PCs at some times: by zone (e.g. Regular, VIP), by day and time (e.g. a night rate), and to members, guests or both. When several match, the one with the highest priority wins, then the more specific one.

CafeOS charges every minute, exactly: ₱20 an hour is ₱20.00 after an hour.

Walk-in presets

Each guest rate can have presets like 1 hour ₱25, 2 hours ₱35, 3 hours ₱50. Staff pick one when starting a walk-in. Extensions are at least 30 minutes, priced from the hourly rate.

Open time

Walk-ins can also play without a set end. They're billed at least 1 hour, then every started 30 minutes: starting at 11:00, leaving at 12:01 is billed 1½ hours.

Grace period

When time runs out, the PC locks but the game stays open for the grace period (5 minutes unless you change it) so the player can extend or top up. Set it to 0 to end sessions right away.

Registration fee

An optional one-time fee for new members, collected with their first top-up.
