POS, shifts and stock

Shifts

Open a shift with your opening cash before selling. Close it with a denomination count: CafeOS works out the expected cash and shows any difference.

Selling

The POS sells products, top-ups, tickets and PC time in one cart. Customers can pay with cash, GCash, Maya, card, or a member's wallet. Voiding a sale needs a manager and a reason.

Stock

Turn on stock tracking per product. Sales take stock out, voids put it back, and the dashboard warns you when something runs low.

Orders from PCs

Players can order food and drinks from their PC. New orders appear on the Orders board with a chime; accepting one rings it up.
