Billing questions

What counts as a PC?

Every customer PC with the CafeOS client. The counter PC running the server is free.

What happens when my trial ends?

We'll get in touch to set up your plan. If it lapses, CafeOS keeps working for 7 more days, then new sessions are blocked until it's renewed. Your data is never deleted.

How do I pay?

For now, by bank transfer, GCash or Maya after we send you an invoice. Online payment is coming.

Can I add PCs later?

Yes. Tell us and we'll raise your PC count; the shop picks it up within a few hours.
